Breeia Lennox Redwater
Full Name: Breeia Lennox Redwater
Race: Human
Class: Bard
Alignment: Neutral Good
Character Profile: Breeia is the captain of the ship The Grey Lady. She is a natural born leader, but is inexperienced and lacks confidence in herself. Putting up a strong front and skillfully wielding her diplomatic tongue, Breeia effectively manages her ship and crew mission after mission, enriching everyone aboard. While not ruthless, she does demand the respect of the crew and earns that respect several times over. Educated in the bardic schools of the land, Breeia chiefly inspires and leads bands of adventurers to fortune and glory. She is capable with a long blade and can usually defend herself against a single opponent. Being naturally charismatic, she generally gets along with all but the most heinous of people and is often given preferential treatment wherever she goes. (Yeah yeah... Mary Sue.)
Backstory: After inheriting the ship from her father after his passing, Breeia set out to find her fortune as a freelance privateer and trade ship. While intending to raid and pillage for booty, her diplomacy and tact found her and her crew pursuing respectable, and legal, contract jobs most of the time. Her first mate is Cale Zanarchy who stayed on with The Grey Lady when Lennox's father, James Redwater, died and left the ship to Breeia .

I've decided to change the first name of this character from Lennox to Breeia and her hair from Red to Auburn. It just seems cliché to me to have a red-headed female bard named Lennox, or Annie for that matter. In a home game, it's fun to pay homage to a musical legend like Annie Lennox of the Eurythmics for free, it's another thing to have a character so strongly based on her with the intention of actually making money from stories involving that character. So, I'm making some changes so that when this finally takes off and TV shows or movies are made, that it won't be a lie when the credits scrolls those famous words: "This is a work of fiction. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events, is purely coincidental."
